These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 888kiss.co ("888kiss", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 888kiss website located at https://888kiss.co, including all services, games, features, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

4.1 Deposits. 888kiss accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. 888kiss does not impose a platform-side fee on deposits, though your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. 888kiss targets the following processing timelines: Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost — 15 to 30 minutes during business hours; FPX bank transfers — 1 to 3 business hours. 4.3 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, 888kiss requires submission of valid identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include: a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport. Documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired. 888kiss reserves the right to request additional documentation where required for anti-money laundering ("AML") compliance purposes.
4.4 Fraud Prevention. 888kiss employs automated and manual fraud detection measures. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, collusion, use of stolen payment instruments, or exploitation of technical errors, will be immediately suspended. Associated funds will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where fraud is confirmed.
888kiss offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, daily reload bonuses, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. In the event of any inconsistency between the general terms set out in this Section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law or international legal standards applicable to the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
